TVT Technology
controls the 3 vital aspects of the tea brewing recipe:
water temperature, water volume, and water contact
time. TVT opens a new world of taste profile control
by allowing you 3 different settings. Now you can brew
3 different beverages and/or 3 different strengths with the
same machine. You control the time, volume and
temperature. TVT equipped brewers greatly enhance
account profitability by allowing multiple beverages to be
brewed on a single unit while dramatically reducing
installation & set up time. |

is adjustable from 3 independent times to match the brewing
process you select. |

Auto Arm . . .
Auto-Arm function ensures that the
unit only brews when the water is at the optimum brewing
temperature. This unique feature ensures proper
extraction and helps to address the bacterial issues
associated from tea improperly brewed. If brew cycle
is initiated while the brewer is heating, the cycle is
stored in memory and delayed until the brewer reaches
temperature. A flashing "heating" lamp is
engaged to alert the operator. Once up to temperature,
the brew cycle automatically begins. |
